Global Head of HR & People

What You’ll Do

Global HR Leadership

• Serve as the

  executive HR leader across all Beeontrade regions

  (India HQ, USA, Turkey, UAE).
• Establish Beeontrade’s

  corporate-level HR framework

  — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
• Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

HQ India: Corporate + Local HR

• Build the full

  HR function in India

  as the corporate HQ backbone.
• Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
• Partner with business leaders to design

  headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring

  .
• Launch Beeontrade-wide

  training, onboarding, and development programs

  to support long-term growth.

Performance & Culture

• Build a

  global performance management system

  with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
• Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
• Champion a culture of

  ownership, excellence, and collaboration

  across all offices.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with

  local employment laws

  in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
• Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
• Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a

  global or multinational company

  .
• Proven experience

  building HR systems from scratch

  in a growth-stage environment.
• Deep knowledge of

  India HR laws

  and experience running India HR operations.
• Track record of managing

  global HR strategy

  across multiple regions.
• Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally to Beeontrade offices (US, Turkey, UAE).
