Role Overview The Import Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of US-bound ocean import shipments. This includes coordinating with overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, and trucking partners to ensure timely and compliant cargo movement. The role demands proficiency in handling documentation, real-time cargo tracking, issue resolution, and using platforms like Cargowise for operational accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in import freight operations and a deep understanding of US customs regulations.
