• Manage full-cycle US ocean import operations using Cargowise, including booking, documentation, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking vendors to ensure timely cargo release and movement.
• Handle and verify essential import documents including MBL, HBL, ISF filings, Arrival Notices, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Track container movements, monitor vessel arrivals, and proactively manage delivery schedules.
• Provide timely updates and shipment visibility to clients and internal teams throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with US Customs and FMC regulations, including documentation and filing standards.
• Troubleshoot exceptions such as port delays, customs holds, and document discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready operational records in Cargowise and internal tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of direct experience in US ocean import freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of US import documentation, ISF filing, customs procedures, and FMC compliance.
• Proficiency in using Cargowise One or other freight forwarding platforms.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience handling FMCG, DTC, or retail industry shipments is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working in a US shift environment.
• Be a part of a digitally driven, fast-growing logistics company.
• Gain exposure to global freight operations and US import compliance.
• Collaborate with international agents, partners, and clients.
• Opportunity to grow into senior operations or compliance leadership roles.
• 5-Day Work Week
• Night Shift Allowance
• Provident Fund (PF)
