Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Operations Executive. The Import Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing import logistics, ensuring smooth import processes, and facilitating effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role includes handling customer service inquiries, coordinating import activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Import Logistics and Import processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics software
