What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting and sustaining an AI-centric finance system tailored for rapidly expanding education enterprises
- Composing critical design decisions to streamline and expand essential financial procedures
- Evaluating in-depth analyses and improvement plans while providing written coaching to enhance logic and train both AI and human resources
- Engaging in pivotal meetings concerning budgets, growth, vendor relations, and compliance
- Guaranteeing seamless large-scale operations of financial processes such as tuition, audits, and taxes

Global Finance Director Key Responsibilities
Engineer and manage a streamlined, AI-driven finance system that supports a variety of rapidly growing educational enterprises, ensuring efficiency and scalability without unnecessary complexity.
Basic Requirements
- Certification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or an MBA
- Over a decade in finance leadership positions like Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or equivalent, showcasing extensive scope and career progression
- Proven experience in a high-level finance leadership role (SVP, CFO, etc.) with comprehensive responsibility for all core financial functions
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and integrated financial statements
- Significant experience in operating and enhancing ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), ideally within complex, multi-entity organizations
- Experience with 5+ external audits conducted with a Big 4 firm, either as auditor or client
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of engaging directly with senior leadership
- Residing within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Understanding of U.S. K-12 education models (private, charter, ESA programs)
- Experience in developing finance automation or AI-driven workflows from the ground up
- Prior involvement in finance operations within multi-entity, multinational organizations
