Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager / Center Head to lead our wellness center operations. The role requires strong leadership, customer engagement, and operational expertise to ensure excellence in service delivery, financial performance, and overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in wellness, hospitality, fitness, or healthcare services with a proven ability to manage people, drive growth, and create exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the wellness center including spa, gym, yoga, nutrition, and therapy services.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, therapists, trainers, nutritionists, housekeeping, and support staff.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for client care, hygiene, and safety.
  • Drive service excellence and innovation in wellness offerings.

2. Client Experience & Community Building

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and premium experience for all members and guests.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
  • Organize wellness programs, workshops, and events to enhance engagement.
  • Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

3. Business Development & Marketing

  • Drive membership growth and wellness package sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and digital presence.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with corporates, fitness brands, and wellness influencers.
  • Monitor market trends to introduce new services aligned with customer demand.

4. Financial & Administrative Management

  • Prepare and manage center budgets, revenue targets, and expense controls.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
  • Track financial performance (P&L, ROI, KPIs) and present reports to management.
  • Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining service standards.

5. Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and motivate wellness staff including therapists, trainers, and support teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs to maintain service quality.
  • Foster a culture of wellness, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellness regulations.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness Management, Business Administration, or related field.

8–15 years of experience in managing wellness centers, spas, gyms, or hospitality facilities.

Strong leadership, people management, and customer service orientation.

Proven track record of managing P&L, memberships, and client satisfaction.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
