Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant and hotel, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
• Lead and inspire a team of approximately 120 staff members, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain exceptional guest relationships to ensure an unforgettable experience for every visitor.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in service, food, and beverage across all areas.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth through innovative strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong expertise in restaurant, bar and hotel operations, guest relations, and staff management.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage large teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in operational systems, budgeting, and performance metrics.
