Job Opening: Restaurant Captain / Order Taker

If you have at least one year of experience and are fluent in Tamil and English, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar team.
• Supervise and assist service staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality service.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries with confidence.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel.
• Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and understanding).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
