Restaurant Captain

Job Description: -

· Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

· Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit

• Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all meal periods.
• Assign tasks to servers and support staff, monitoring service flow and adjusting as necessary to maintain high standards.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in service techniques, presentation, and hospitality.
• Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.
• Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
• Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on menu items and service standards, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable and confident.

· Monitor food and beverage presentation and quality, ensuring that all dishes served meet the restaurant’s standards.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any issues related to food quality or guest satisfaction.

· Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the dining area, including cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.

• Conduct regular checks to maintain the safety and comfort of the dining environment.

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during busy service periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
