Key Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions at the billing counter.
• Process guest bills efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and maintain transaction records.
• Provide guests with detailed receipts and resolve billing queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Monitor and maintain the security of cash and other payment methods.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems, digital payment platforms, and billing software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
