Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including production, staff, and quality control.
• Plan and organize baking schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Supervise the preparation of bakery items such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other products.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance) are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies; coordinate with vendors.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate bakery staff to ensure consistent performance and efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of production records, wastage, and sales reports.
• Innovate new recipes and improve existing product quality based on customer feedback.
• Handle customer orders, queries, and complaints professionally.
• Work closely with the sales or marketing team to support promotions and seasonal offers.
