Business Development & Operations – Facilities Management Services

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead

  Business Development and Operational Execution

  for our Facility Management Services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client acquisition, service operations, and stakeholder management across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted sectors.
• Pitch integrated FM services (Housekeeping, Security, Technical, Pest Control, etc.) to potential clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Operations Management

• Ensure seamless service delivery across client locations with high service quality.
• Coordinate manpower planning, vendor management, and logistics.
• Conduct regular audits, site visits, and SLA/KPI monitoring.
• Handle client escalations and implement corrective action plans.

Strategic Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date reports on sales pipeline, project execution, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with client requirements and company goals.
• Utilize FM technology/software to streamline and automate processes.
