Role Summary The General Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the entire revenue generation function of the organization. This includes strategic planning, supervision of Assistant Managers (CRM & Sales Operations), team review, and sales milestone achievement. This leadership role plays a vital part in driving daily performance, pushing leads to conversion, and ensuring CRM, Site Sales, and Customer Satisfaction metrics are met. Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage Assistant Manager – CRM & Assistant Manager – Sales Operations ● Supervise performance of 3 Site Sales Managers and 2 CRM Executives ● Set and execute monthly/phase-wise sales targets for each project ● Ensure daily reporting, team communication, and on-time escalation handling ● Review CRM follow-up reports, lead funnel status, and sales conversion metrics ● Participate in key customer negotiations, site closures, and confl ict resolutions ● Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing revenue team ● Coordinate with the CEO for performance dashboards, weekly reporting, and strategy inputs Required Qualifications ● 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales management ● Strong people leadership, CRM oversight, and sales planning capabilities ● Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English (written/spoken) ● Proficiency with CRM tools (WhatsApp, Zoho, Google Sheets) ● Field management and multi-location team coordination experience preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Site Visit to Booking Conversion Ratio ● Weekly/Monthly Revenue Achievement vs. Target ● CRM Push to Site Ratio + Lead Response Timing ● Team Attendance, Performance, and Review Reporting ● Customer Feedback Scores and Complaint Closure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to β‚Ή50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
