General Manager Sales / AVP Sales

Job Title: General Manager / AVP Business Development Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Ahmedabad Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Security Services (Manpower Guarding) Role Overview: Peregrine Security is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager or AVP – Business Development to drive B2B corporate sales. The individual will be responsible for expanding our footprint across IT/ITES, corporate offices, and key business hubs. This is an individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition, client relationship management, and strategic account development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Drive new client acquisition in the manpower guarding security domain across corporate sectors. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in IT/ITES companies and other potential B2B clients. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecast reports, and account plans. Track competition, pricing trends, and market movements to advise business strategy. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in the security services or other manpower-intensive services industry. Strong network and proven experience working with IT/ITES and large corporate clients in Hyderabad. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in an individual contributor capacity. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities. Candidates from allied service industries (e.g., facility management, staffing, logistics) may also be considered.
