Job Title: Business Development Associate/Trainee

Location: Hyderabad

Work Setting: Work from office

Working Shift: Afternoon Shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking fresh MBA graduates (preferred from B-schools) or B. Tech graduates with strong communication skills, enthusiasm for sales, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. This is a client-facing role supporting US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential US clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Support business development and sales activities, including lead generation and follow-ups.
• Work closely with sales team to drive lead generation effort.
• Maintain and manage lead generation database sheets.
• Generate qualified leads via strategic social media outreach and engagement.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and lead opportunities.
• Ensure timely communication and relationship management with prospects.
• Generate and meet the monthly qualified lead quota.

Requirements:

• MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred) or B.Tech with sales interest.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Possess a strong understanding of software development concepts and IT service offerings to effectively communicate with prospects.
• Willing to work for US client interaction.
• Generate qualified leads through Social media marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
