Position: Recruitment Operations Executive

The Recruitment Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment operations across the organization, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of talent acquisition services to meet the needs of the business. The Recruitment Operations Executive will also be responsible for managing recruitment technology and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs. Experience with VBA macros and data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to work with large datasets, identify data trends, and generate reports. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure data accuracy.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs, provide guidance and support, and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

Manage recruitment technology and processes, including applicant tracking systems (Ceipal), candidate assessments, and recruitment marketing tools.

Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment operations.

Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

What you know:

Minimum 3+ years working in a Recruitment team as a Coordinator / Operations related role.

Complete understanding of recruitment workflow.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Advance Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and GSuite.

Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Prior knowledge of working on an ATS.

A strong operational mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
