We are looking for a skilled General Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotels and restaurants, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of hotel managers, front-line staff, and support services to achieve business objectives.
Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is required.
