Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Chennai. The General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, leading a team, and ensuring organizational goals are met. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to grow the company, maintaining client satisfaction, and overseeing performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing operational efficiency to drive success.
