General Manager

Blackberry Hills Munnar Nature Resort & Spa is a boutique luxury resort featuring 16 cottages spread across a serene 9-acre mountainside. We are known for personalized service, sustainability-focused operations, and delivering authentic Munnar experiences to our guests. We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Resort Manager to lead our operations and uphold our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized hospitality and quick problem resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and train departmental teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
• Coordinate with reservations, sales, spa, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and inventory management.
• Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
• Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Work closely with the management team on strategic planning, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel/Resort Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in PMS, OTA management, and basic reporting.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Passion for nature-based hospitality is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
