Technology DIFAT and (Should have Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Biofuels &
Ethanol.)
1. Oversee and control production processes, with a focus on maximizing productivity
and product quality.
2. Monitor key operational parameters and implement corrective actions to minimize
downtime and improve efficiency.
3. Manage day-to-day production activities of Alcohol ENA.
4. To achieve target of Alcohol ENA production.
5. Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the distillery and ethanol plant,
including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and warehousing..
6. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all finished products meet
established quality standards
7. Work with senior management on long-term planning, identify opportunities for
continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.
8. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for leading
diverse teams and resolving conflicts.
9. Ability to develop strategy and execute on it.
10. Ability and willingness to travel as required
11. Strong interpersonal analytical ability and Negotiation skills.
12. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and Computer Skill.
