Job Description

As the Lead of Talent Acquisition in our company, your role will involve overseeing the entire TA function for bulk hiring, lateral, and leadership roles across Voice/Non-Voice, Domestic & International Processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing hiring strategies that are in line with our business goals to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality talent acquisition. - Building and mentoring a high-performing internal recruitment team while managing external vendor relationships effectively. - Driving volume hiring plans across multiple cities with a focus on minimizing drop-outs and early attrition. - Collaborating closely with business heads and HRBPs to grasp workforce planning and skill requirements accurately. - Implementing and optimizing recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and analytics to enhance hiring Turnaround Time (TAT) and candidate experience. - Setting and monitoring key Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as offer-to-join ratio, time-to-fill, sourcing mix, and quality of hire. - Ensuring compliance with recruitment governance, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices, and BPO-specific labor norms. - Managing employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus hiring strategy effectively. - Keeping yourself updated on market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent availability insights. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - You should have at least 18 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the BPO/KPO/ITES domains. - Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring operations, with a minimum of 1,000 hires per month. - Strong knowledge of bulk recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management practices. - Excellent leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and effective communication abilities. - Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and leveraging data-driven insights for hiring decisions. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and consistently meet aggressive targets.
