Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee large-scale renewable energy projects across geographies, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-controlled execution aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of large scale solar/wind/EPC projects across multiple sites.
• Develop and review project schedules, execution plans and resource allocation.
• Supervise site managers and ensure alignment with company timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contractor performance and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and site visits to monitor progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting time, cost or quality.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation and audits.
• Train and mentor mid-level project staff and future project leads.
• Maintain stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
• Support the Head of Projects in strategy formulation and resource planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering; PMP/MBA preferred
• Significant experience in renewable energy project management and stakeholder handling

• Strategic execution planning
• Leadership in cross-functional, multi-site project teams
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Proven track record in handling 100+ MW utility-scale renewable projects
• Proficient in ERP, Primavera and project tracking tools
