Location: HYD/Delhi

Department: Procurement to outsourcing

Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

•  Material (TMT) procurement from out sources (Pan - India).
•  Explore new vendors for out sourcing (Pan - India)
• l Vendors agreement finalization.

l Out source factories finalization.

l Ensuring 100% on time delivery of stocks to Customer/ Branches in cost effective manner.

l Project distribution sales.

l Ensure to achieve AOP targets on time.

l Minimum TAT for order to supply as per payment conditions and urgency of customers.

l Centralizing marketing requirements and Inventory management.

l Planning, organizing and controlling overall operations, warehouse space optimization.

l Ensuring timely dispatch of goods, in the right condition and packaging.

l Identifying areas of improvements and developing plans to rectify them.

l Stock audits & Stock verification on Monthly basis.

l Coordinating with the sales team to ensure proper planning & timely dispatch (as per TAT).

l Handling manpower, coordinating with customers, Plant People and with Branch Sales Team Following up with Transporters for timely placing trucks for dispatch.

l Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics as required by management.

| Good Experience in Commercial Operations, Production, PPC, Logistics, SCM,

Need to be Successfully doing 10+ Outsourcing units across India.

Need to be Successfully Implemented Kanban system.

Dead stock inventory reduced by 80%.
