D-TECH VALUATION SERVICES

· Lead and manage end-to-end real estate valuation assignments for residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties. · Review, verify, and approve valuation reports as per bank/NBFC/HFC and regulatory guidelines. · Handle client coordination with banks, financial institutions, corporates, and individual clients. · Supervise and mentor a team of valuation engineers and field staff. · Ensure compliance with RBI, NHB, IBBI, and relevant valuation standards. · Conduct market research, rate analysis, and feasibility studies. · Manage timelines, workload distribution, and quality control of reports. · Resolve technical queries raised by lenders and auditors. · Assist management in business development, empanelments, and client acquisition.
