General Manager

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and controlling all company operations — from project execution and production to finance, collections, and site management. This role demands strong decision-making, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and interact with departmental heads, site officers, and workers. The GM ensures that all projects run smoothly, on time, within budget, and with high standards of quality and safety.

Strategic & Operational Management

• Implement business and operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations across production, projects, finance, HR, and administration.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with required quality and safety standards.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, cost control, profitability, and collections.
• Review financial performance and report to senior management.
• Oversee commercial activities, procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership & HR Management

• Lead and mentor department heads, site officers, and staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Project & Site Management

• Visit project sites, coordinate with site teams, and ensure operations meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
• Resolve internal and external conflicts with effective decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and contractual regulations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project, financial, and operational performance.
• Promote inter-department coordination for smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is generally required.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
