Job Description

A furniture sales executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling furniture products and services. Their role involves understanding customer needs, presenting furniture solutions, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. They also play a key role in lead generation, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.  Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction and Needs Assessment: Greeting customers, understanding their requirements, preferences, and budget for furniture Product Presentation and Consultation: Providing detailed information about furniture products, including materials, styles, and functionality, and offering expert advice.  Sales Closing and Transaction Processing: Guiding customers through the sales process, negotiating prices, and processing transactions accurately.  Relationship Building and After-Sales Support: Maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.  Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business.  Product Knowledge and Market Awareness: Staying updated on current furniture trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively advise customers.  Showroom Management and Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and assisting with product displays and inventory management.  Sales Reporting and Analysis: Preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.  Lead Generation and Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team on sales strategies.  Collaboration and Teamwork: Working with other sales team members, designers, and marketing professionals to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
