Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Sales professional based in New Delhi. The Furniture Sales role involves engaging with customers to understand their furnishing needs, presenting and selling high-end furniture products, offering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing the retail showroom, assisting clients with product selection, processing transactions, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
• Knowledge or experience in the Furniture industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in high-end retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous
