Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  sales inquiries provided directly by the company

  (no lead generation required).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Provide product details, pricing, and customization options to customers.
• Follow up with inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings until closure.
• Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in

  sales / business development

  (furniture, interiors, real estate, lifestyle products preferred).
• Strong

  communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to confidently handle incoming inquiries and convert them to sales.
• Comfortable with using CRM, WhatsApp, and online meeting tools.
• Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
