Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend and convert

  walk-in customers

  and showroom inquiries into sales
• Make

  sales calls

  to leads, inquiries, and existing clients
• Do regular

  follow-ups

  for quotations, visits, and order closures
• Coordinate with

  interior designers, architects

  , and contractors for B2B leads
• Handle

  showroom setup

  , product display, and visual merchandising
• Maintain and update

  showroom inventory

  regularly
• Assist in executing

  sales strategies

  , campaigns, and local marketing efforts
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in decision-making
• Maintain excellent

  customer service standards

  and post-sales engagement

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in

  furniture or interior sales

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, local language)
• Strong follow-up habits and basic telesales abilities
• Basic understanding of

  B2B business development

• Energetic, well-groomed, and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of showroom management, billing, and CRM tools

Preferred:

• Experience in working with

  interior designers, architects, or builders

• Exposure to

  luxury or PVD-coated furniture

  is a plus

Compensation:

Fixed salary + sales incentives (performance-based)
