Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Surat. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, promoting products and services, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Additionally, the Sales Advocate will assist in training new team members and managing sales operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in Training and developing team members
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the manpower or staffing industry is a plus
