Job Description

Sales Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients, including corporate offices, interior designers, architects, and retailers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing them with exceptional service. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and marketing strategies. Product Presentation: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our furniture solutions. Assist clients in selecting products that meet their requirements. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Prepare and present quotations and negotiate terms to close sales effectively. Handle contracts and ensure smooth post-sale processes, including delivery and installation coordination. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Provide feedback to the design and production teams based on client requirements and market trends. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes and materials is a plus. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
