About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience using Node.js (Preferred) or Laravel/Python (FastAPI) with frontend framework along with a proven ability to lead teams, manage clients, and drive project execution. This hybrid role blends technical leadership and project management — you will actively contribute to architecture and development while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the Solution Manager, Solution Architect, and teams across Development, QA, and DevOps, ensuring smooth delivery of scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Node.js (Express/Nest.js), Laravel, or Python (FastAPI).

• Build and maintain modern, responsive frontends using React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable solutions with clean code and solid design patterns.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance optimizations. Project Coordination & Delivery

• Partner with the Solution Manager to align deliverables with business and client priorities.

• Work with the Solution Architect to refine technical scope, resolve challenges, and ensure architectural integrity.

• Lead Agile ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.

• Prepare and maintain project timelines, estimations, risk assessments, and status reports.

• Ensure collaboration across development, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate progress, and manage expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with one or more back-end frameworks: o Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js) o Laravel (PHP) o Python (FastAPI)

• Strong proficiency with frontend technologies — React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modular architecture.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.

• Proven track record of leading small to mid-sized teams and mentoring developers.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

• Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API gateway, message queues, or microservice orchestration.

• Exposure to DevOps practices, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation pipelines.

• Experience in project estimations, sprint planning, and delivery reporting.

• Certifications in Agile/Scrum or Cloud Technologies.

• Experience with AI/ML, IoT, or data-driven applications.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a leadership mindset.
