As a Full Stack Lead / Technical Project Coordinator at our company in Vadodara, your role will involve combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project coordination skills. With 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience using Node.js, Laravel, or Python along with a frontend framework, you will lead teams, manage clients, and drive project execution. Your responsibilities will include actively contributing to architecture and development, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Node.js, Laravel, or Python. - Build and maintain modern, responsive frontends using React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Architect and implement scalable, maintainable solutions with clean code and solid design patterns. - Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. - Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments. - Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance optimizations. **Project Coordination & Delivery** - Partner with the Solution Manager to align deliverables with business and client priorities. - Work with the Solution Architect to refine technical scope and ensure architectural integrity. - Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively. - Prepare and maintain project timelines, estimations, risk assessments, and status reports. - Ensure collaboration across development, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery. - Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate progress, and manage expectations. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 5+ years of full-stack experience with Node.js, Laravel, or Python frameworks. - Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development. - Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modular architecture. - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. - Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices. - Track record of leading small to mid-sized teams and mentoring developers. - Problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. - Strong communication skills and client interaction experience. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
