Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full-stack development of our multiple web applications and Chrome browser extensions, utilizing best practices, the latest technologies, and a knack for performance.
• Work closely with a team of 10+ engineers as a senior/lead on both front-end and back-end development.
• Ensure the scalability and security of the backend, implementing best practices in database management and data protection.
• Collaborate with the Product and Design team to bring their Figma designs to life, providing input as an engineer and thinking critically from the customer's point-of-view.
• Handle multi-form factor responsiveness for all our web and browser extension platforms.
• Bonus: Work closely with the C-suite of the company as a tech lead.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 4+ years full-stack development experience with strong front-end skills (React, Redux, Zustand, Immer, Tailwind, Less, Ant Design) and strong backend skills with Node.js and Python(FastAPI).
• should have AI Product Experience.
• 1+ years Chrome Browser Extension development.
• Experience building modern SaaS applications (FERN stack preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms: Google Cloud, Firebase, Firestore, Google Auth.
• Experience working in asynchronous, multi-timezone teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with Git workflows, deployment scripts, and code quality best practices.
• Proficiency with analytics frameworks: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with logging and monitoring frameworks like Sentry.
• Experience working with Webflow and ability to maintain a Webflow landing page.
• Proficient with big data technologies, including Clickhouse, BigQuery, Metabase and Looker, for advanced data analysis and decision-making.
