Summary
Royal Drive is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology (MarTech) Developer to act as the internal technical architect for our multi-brand digital infrastructure. This position requires a strong Full Stack technical foundation to integrate our marketing automation systems, develop custom data pipelines, and manage the technical performance of our multiple high-visibility websites and digital assets.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, using coding and advanced logical reasoning to build scalable, automated Lead Management workflows.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. AI System Integration & Data Architecture
· AI System Integration: Architect, deploy, and maintain the complex API integrations (utilizing REST API and webhooks) between the core MarTech platform and external Conversational AI engines.
· Back-End Scripting: Write and maintain custom code snippets (primarily Python or JavaScript) to manipulate data, enforce data quality standards, and execute complex actions not natively available within marketing automation platforms.
· Data Synchronization: Ensure the reliable flow and synchronization of lead and customer data across all business systems and our multiple physical outlet locations.
2. Workflow Architecture and Lead Management
· Automation Design: Architect and deploy advanced, multi-step marketing automation workflows using conditional logic and visual builders.
· AI Workflow Management: Design and maintain the automation logic to process data generated by AI systems (e.g., auto-booked appointments, lead qualification scores) and accurately reflect it in the Lead Management System (LMS) pipeline.
· Lead Management System (LMS) Logic: Build and optimize sales pipelines, lead scoring models, and configure complex lead assignment rules based on marketing engagement and specific business vertical requirements.
· Security and Compliance: Configure user permissions (Role-Based Access Control) and system access to maintain data integrity and security across all distinct brands.
3. Full Stack Web Development & UI/UX
· Multi-Site Development: Serve as the technical owner for the development, deployment, and performance optimization of all group websites and high-converting marketing landing pages.
· Front-End Expertise: Utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to implement custom designs, ensure responsive web design across devices, and enhance user experience (UI/UX) for all customer-facing digital assets.
· A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement and manage A/B testing frameworks within landing pages and workflows to continuously improve conversion rates.
4. Analytics and Agency Collaboration
· Tracking & Tag Management: Implement and audit all digital tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion pixels, and analytics scripts, ensuring accurate attribution reporting across all digital marketing campaigns.
· Technical Liaison: Act as the technical point of contact for external development, media, and creative agencies, ensuring all internal third-party code and project deliverables meet internal technical standards and integrate seamlessly with the MarTech stack.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integrations, custom code, and complex automation processes.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, CRM Administration, or a dedicated MarTech Operations role.
· Expert proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
· Demonstrated experience in API development and integration (REST APIs).
· Experience integrating and managing Conversational AI systems or advanced third-party APIs.
· Core knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
· Proven experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and marketing analytics tools.
· Familiarity with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).
· Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into functional automation logic.
· Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
· Meticulous project planning and troubleshooting capabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
