Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Regenta Hilltop, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate front office operations for efficient service delivery.
  • Manage front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including front office operations and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing front office staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills are needed to handle diverse client needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are required to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is necessary.
