Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Gokulam Grand Hotel and Spa, located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, managing receptionist duties, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include handling reservations, coordinating with other departments, and communicating with guests to ensure a seamless experience. The role also involves supervising the front office team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles and strong supervisory skills
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and handling reservations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
