Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in front office operations and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of front office operations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, including reservation systems.
  • Experience in supervising and motivating a team of front office staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
