Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor, located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the front desk, manage receptionist duties, provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and ensure smooth communication within the team and with guests.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in performing receptionist duties and handling reservations
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is an advantage
