Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, catered sales, event planning, customer service, and food & beverage operations.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Catering Sales and Event Planning skills
• Room Sales and Room Inventory Planning Skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
