Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pushkar as a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, manage receptionist duties, ensure high levels of customer service, and handle reservations. Tasks will also include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing customer inquiries, and supervising front desk staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Proficiency in handling Reservations and managing booking systems Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is preferred
