Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Hotel Green Park. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless hotel operations and high standards of guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office performance, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including room assignments, billing, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management within a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
Strong knowledge of front office software, systems, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, lead a team, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with hotel industry trends, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
