Front Office Manager

As the Front Office Manager, your role will involve supervising the front office staff, evaluating their job performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. You will be responsible for maintaining working relationships with all departments, verifying accurate room status information, and resolving guest problems efficiently. Additionally, you will need to enforce cash handling and credit policies, conduct meetings with front office personnel, and uphold the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
