Job Description

As the Front Office Manager, your role will involve supervising the front office staff, evaluating their job performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. You will be responsible for maintaining working relationships with all departments, verifying accurate room status information, and resolving guest problems efficiently. Additionally, you will need to enforce cash handling and credit policies, conduct meetings with front office personnel, and uphold the hotel's commitment to hospitality. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule front office staff and supervise workload during shifts - Evaluate job performance of each front office employee - Maintain working relationships and communication with all departments - Verify accurate room status information and ensure proper communication - Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously - Work within the allocated budget for the front office - Enforce cash handling, check-cashing, and credit policies - Conduct regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel - Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily - Analyze rate variance, monitor credit reports, and maintain close observation of daily house count - Monitor the selling status of the house daily (flash report, allowance, etc.) - Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules - Operate all aspects of the Front Office IDS Software system - Ensure employees are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times - Monitor all VIPs, special guests, and requests - Perform other duties as requested by management Qualifications Required: - Full-time job with day shift and rotational shift availability - Yearly bonus provided - Food and Provident Fund benefits included - Preferred language: English - Work location: In person (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
