Job Description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for prospective learners, enrolled students, parents, and visitors. This role involves handling inquiries related to certification programs, managing front desk operations, supporting the admissions process, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

.> Front Desk & Visitor Management

•⁠ ⁠Greet students, walk-in inquiries, parents, and visitors in a professional manner

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

•⁠ ⁠Record visitor details and manage appointment schedules using software

Course & Inquiry Handling :

•⁠ ⁠Respond to inquiries regarding certification courses, duration, eligibility, fees, and schedules

•⁠ ⁠Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate inquiry records

•⁠ ⁠Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide their details to the coordinator to ensure timely follow-up and further admission procedures.

Admissions & Enrollment Support :

•⁠ ⁠Assist with course registrations and enrollment documentation

•⁠ ⁠Help candidates fill out online application forms

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the coordinator for admissions meetings and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Perform basic data entry and maintain student databases

Office Support :

•⁠ ⁠Manage office supplies and front desk materials

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

•⁠ ⁠Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

•⁠ ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email; CRM tools preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Professional appearance with a customer-service-oriented attitude

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience :

•⁠ ⁠Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in receptionist or front office roles

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and Kannada is required,along with proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil (any one)

•⁠ ⁠Experience in training institutes, skill centers, or certification academies is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
