Schedules the front office staff. Supervises workload during shifts. Evaluate the job performance of each front office employee. Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments. Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated. Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Works within the allocated budget for the front office. Need to meet the Corporate offices with regular basis. Enforces all cash handling, check-cashing, and credit policies. Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel. Upholds the hotel’s commitment to hospitality. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit reports and maintain close observation of daily house count. Monitor the selling status of the house daily. Ie flash report, allowance etc. Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules. Operate all aspects of the Front Office IDS Software system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes. Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees. Monitor all V.I.P.’s special guests and requests. Perform other duties as requested by management. Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget. Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities. Prepare financial statement sand debtors' listings. Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting. Review the postings, payments, revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis. Ensure correct taxation are applied. Ensure that all statutory details (PAN, TAX NO, Company Registration. Etc.) are displayed on the guest invoices and bills. Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities. Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required. Should have knowledge in GST filing, TDS, Tally, IDS software. Should have experience in Hotel industry for at least 3 years and a total experience of more than 5 years. Preferred local person.
