Front Office Manager

As the Front Office Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include scheduling the front office staff, supervising workload during shifts, and evaluating the job performance of each front office employee. You will need to maintain working relationships and communicate effectively with all departments, ensuring that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated. Resolving guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to work within the allocated budget for the front office, meet with Corporate offices on a regular basis, and enforce all cash handling, check-cashing, and credit policies. Conducting regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel and upholding the hotel's commitment to hospitality are also essential duties. In order to maximize room revenue and occupancy, you will need to review status daily, analyze rate variance, monitor credit reports, and maintain a close observation of daily house count. Monitoring the selling status of the house daily, such as flash reports and allowances, will be part of your routine. It will be your responsibility to ensure the implementation of all hotel policies and house rules, operate all aspects of the Front Office IDS Software system, and ensure that employees are always attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and other employees. Monitoring all V.I.P.s, special guests, and requests will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by management. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provided, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and opportunities for day shift and rotational shift schedules. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location will be in person.,
