Job Description

1. Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front office team.
2. Guest Service: Ensure exceptional guest service, respond to guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly. 3. Front Office Operations: Oversee front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments. 4. Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. 5. Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize room rates and occupancy. 6. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. 7. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge, skills, and service standards.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office management. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
