Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate will manage day-to-day receptionist duties, handle check-ins, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones with proper etiquette, assisting guests with their inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication within the resort. This role is located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

Receptionist duties, including check-in and handling front desk operations
Phone etiquette skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are advantageous
