Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services Guest Relation Executive to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office operations, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaint tracking.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, guest services, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
