Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and complaint resolution.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accurate records and reports.
